• The caravan has a double bedroom with a double bed, electric heater, wardrobe and bedside shelves and cupboards.
   
• The second bedroom contain two single beds and has an electric heater and wardrobe. The third bedroom in the three bedroom caravan has two short single beds (best suited to children) and a small wardrobe.
   
• The kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, hot and cold water and plenty of storage space.
   
• The living area is comfortably furnished and has a gas fire, shelving, cupboards and a dining table. A double bed can be made up in the living area.
   
• The bathroom has hot and cold water, cabinet, wash basin and shower.
   
• It has a separate toilet with sink.
   
• Fully gas tested and serviced by Corgi registered engineer, February 2011
   
• Fully electrically tested, February 2011
   
• Viewing - Available to view by arrangement. The caravans are fully booked until the end of October but we can arrange to view on changeover days if necessary. Most dates possible from November onwards
   
• Delivery - not included but we can help arrange it.
