Are you open?
The Government's guidance requires that we close. We apologise to any customers who were still hoping to visit and hope you all keep safe and well over the coming months. The earliest date we are likely to be able to open according to this guidance (see section 4.3 Step Three), is the 4th July, but this depends on how things go in the meantime.
Can I be updated?
Yes, you can register for an email update when we have a re-opening date.
What is your policy on refunds?
Our usual policy is to refund deposits for cancellations if we have two or more months notice. When we have less than two months notice, we refund deposits if we are able to re-book the holiday. However, in the current situation, we can either hold your deposit for a future holiday (you can either book dates now or contact us later with dates) or refund the deposit for any 2020 holiday if it needs to be cancelled because of Covid-19. We will be contacting customers gradually for holidays that we have to cancel, but do feel free to contact us if you need to cancel before we reach you and let us know your preferred option.
Are you taking bookings?
Yes, we are taking bookings and our refund policy above applies to these bookings too.
Have you made any changes because of Covid 19?
We always clean our caravans thoroughly but are being especially careful at the moment. We are wearing disposable gloves when preparing the caravans, and disinfecting surfaces, door handles, light switches, remote controls, etc. Where possible we are also leaving gaps between bookings as it is thought that the virus can only last a few days on surfaces.
